Building a tech partner program is more complex than a reseller program because the relationships are deeper and the revenue attribution is harder to set up. Here's the focused 90-day plan:

  • Days 1-20 — Foundation: Select 2-3 technology partners to start with — companies where you already have an integration, an existing relationship, and overlapping customer bases.
